HouseOfTradingHub offers a digital platform for exchange about financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and trading.

Depending on the chosen membership, the following services may be included:

• Publication of own trades with possible entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels.

The disclosure of personal access data and the unauthorized transfer of paid memberships to third parties are prohibited.

Paid trading services may only be used by persons who are at least 18 years old and are entitled to use the respective financial products according to the law applicable to them.

HouseOfTradingHub offers paid VIP memberships and other digital subscriptions.

The respective valid prices, billing intervals, and included services are displayed before the subscription is concluded.

For monthly subscriptions, billing occurs for the next agreed billing period.

If automatic renewal has been agreed upon in the ordering process, the subscription will be renewed for the specified period unless it is canceled in due time.

The renewal conditions, the next payment date, and cancellation options are displayed before purchase.

Users can cancel their membership via the provided subscription management or the cancellation method specified at the time of purchase.

For monthly cancellable subscriptions, cancellation must be made before the start of the next billing period.

After a proper cancellation, paid access remains until the end of the current billing period.

After this period, the paid membership automatically ends, unless a new booking is made.

A cancellation does not automatically terminate open payment obligations from previous billing periods.

If HouseOfTradingHub offers a lifetime membership, it is a one-time paid access to the services explicitly listed in the respective product description.

The term "Lifetime" refers to the duration of the availability of the respective offered product or service and does not establish a claim to lifelong personal support, unlimited operation of the platform, or the permanent provision of all functions developed in the future.

The specific scope of services and the conditions of the lifetime membership are specified before purchase.

A significant restriction or discontinuation of already paid services is governed by the contractual agreements and applicable legal provisions.

Payments can be made via the payment service providers offered on the website.

Statutory rights of withdrawal, cancellation, warranty, and refund remain unaffected.

AI-generated content may contain errors, incomplete information, or inaccurate market forecasts.

The generated content does not constitute a guarantee for successful trading decisions.

Users should independently verify all AI-generated trading plans, price levels, and risk parameters before potential use.

External technical service providers may be used for the automated processing of user input. Information on the processing of personal data is provided in the privacy policy.

Members commit to respectful and responsible interaction with each other.

Liability for trading losses resulting solely from the user's own responsible decisions and general market risks is not assumed.

To the extent legally permissible, liability for damages due to slight negligence is excluded.

Liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, as well as for other legally mandatory liability facts, remains unaffected.

Mandatory legal claims of users are not restricted by these provisions.

Information about the type, scope, purpose, and duration of data processing, as well as about the rights of data subjects, is provided in the privacy policy.

In the event of changes affecting existing contractual relationships, affected users will be informed in an appropriate manner.

Significant contractual changes require an effective contractual or legal basis.

A mere publication of amended GTC does not automatically lead to an effective amendment of existing contracts.

Swiss law applies to the contractual relationship, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.

For disputes, the legally provided places of jurisdiction apply.

Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction provisions, especially in international consumer contracts, remain unaffected.
